Hectic! That's word of this week for me. I have tests (3 tests!) this week, bunch of presentation tasks and mountain videos to watch (no matter how busy, watching is really helping me to enjoy my days). I think it will be the same for everyone, once u had so much things to do, u need some space to relaxe ur mind, body and soul. Since I'm muslim, of course my way to relive my stressful soul is by meeting with Him through our daily ritual: sholat. For my mind and body, watching or blogging is the best for me. Tony Moly Back Stage Eyeliner : Even make up beginner like me knew this product. So many beauty blogger loving this gel liner, said that this was so easy to apply. Gulp. I wanna try it too><. My current liner (pencil and liquid) begin to running, so I need new one, sadly I couldn't find the color I wish (brown, yeay) so I didn't place any order. For my whishlist, I put Etude Hair Bubble Color on top since I don't know any other brand for that.

Etude House Magic Any Cushion Trial Kit : Ohorat! I have this one. At first I said that I didn't really onto it, but after practicing my make up skill (wait, how?? ROFL), I think I know the correct way to make it good on ur skin. I prefer used this with my hand rather than sponge inside, personally I thought it was normal sponge rather than the air puff sponge that comes out with the full size. Annyeong people~!!!! How was the weather on urs??? Mine was totally hot recently. Too much heat to the point I wasn't in my clear mind.All I did was open videos on my laptop. This past week I couldn't access any internet so although so many things I wanted to write I couldn't.
So, around this hot and suupeer humid evening, I sat in front of my laptop excitedly to finish what left unfinished before. Actually I planned to make review about this MV very soon after I watched them from Youtube. But what to do, my new teacher had us to hold presentation almost EVERYDAY!!! We also had test every Friday, sojust imagine how bust I was.
Like my routine activities every dawn, I was playing in network world and finding that a boygroup had been unleashed their newest mv on their official youtube channel. That group was BTS aka Bangtan Boys. Ohorat!! I've set my eyes onto them since I watched their debut MV. This time, the tittle of song that brought into video was "War of Hormone". Hm, what a tittle! But hey, recently I didn't really pay attention about tittle, as long as it was from my favorite group I would definitely watch it. So yeah, although I didn't really excited about this, I clicked the video. Checking would never harm me. But it turned out to be my biggest mistake that day! I couldn't concentrated to my work and my head just kept pooped up by some words about the video. My brain dictated me that I need to write a post about this. Like RIGHT NOW!!! Aaaaaarrrgghhhhhhhhhh, I screwed up!
For introduction, BTS had made their 2014 comeback with an album (if the songs were 14 in total, we called it album instead of mini album right???) entitled "Dark and Wild". On August they've already released mv titled 'Danger' that showed some frustated side of a boyfriend with their indifferent lover. If Danger representated "Dark" side, our newest mv was about the "Wild". Judging from the title, what kind of story offered by this boys now?? I couldn't even guess. Too absurd for me, so I just wait patiently on my chair. I had no clue at all about what kind of song this 'War of Hormone' was since they only released image teaser for it, not the mv teaser. I downloaded the mv that dawn with intention to watch it later after my school was over, but since I got bored, I played it right away after the download finished. The music was so familiar for my ears. Omona, I KNEW this song!! I knew it but I though I didn't know the title. Rushly I checked their Dark and Wild list! There! The third track had the same hangul with this mv! Ckckckck, it was one of my favorite song on the album. Since they didn't put the romanization of the title so I didn't knew it. I just casually listened to it everyday.
Since I knew the song very well, all they needed to impress me was a nice video with clear romanization of lyrics. If u didn't understand korean, watching the mv with subtitle would help u a lot to understand the story of the mv better and decide whether it had suit the video. The guys were only wandering around and there was a girl that seemed like their crush, so if u didn't get what they talkin' about, this probably bored u. From the very first until last scene, this mv was totally hooked me with its good visualization and nice angle. I let my mouth opened widely while watching it, totally amazed and mesmerized.

War of Hormone didn't have storyline (at least based on my observation). They only took the scene from the members while they were walking around from one place to the other. There was a girl that played as their obsession (yeah, obsession, since this song was talking about how a boy staring girls nowdays in their hot hot cloths and high high heels><) that also walking around. The staff made it up so it looked like the boys were following her around (not to the point to stalk tough). The dance parts were inserted casually that it wasn't looked weird but nice.
I made up my own story again. After finishing their "Danger" promotion and resting for awhile, BTS decided to make comeback. That day they began to take scene for their newest MV. The video was begun with a bounce of a basketball and the leader, RapMon (no comment for his name XD) came in the scene. Another members appeared and they looked like best buddy that ready to dance until Suga suddenly distracted their attention. OMO!! Look there guys! A pretty girl!! Since they were a group of young dudes, their eyes couldn't move from that 'pretty girl' with tight cheerleader costume. They kept captivated by the beauty and started singing. U should pay special attention to V there, his expression was jjang!! ><

The Storyline
I told u before right? No storyline here. If following around a girl could be considered as story well, I should say that this quite weird. How could u following someone u just met? But hey, it was scripted afteral. Despite that, I really love how they managed to move around, act crazy and praise beauty looked so much fun. My favorite scene was when JHope offered the girl with opened car but got rejected. His expression changed naturally!! Hahahahah. No awkward moment, hm but if I think again, when the girl hugged V it did look awkward

The Lighting
Both outdoor and indoor scenes had really nice light effect. Bright sunshine with some beautiful and random background contrary with that black and white effect from the gymnasium
The Wardrobe
People, did u realize that they only wore one costume in this whole 4.58' video?? It was even the same costume on their image teasers!! But hey! Who care about number of clothes u wore if u were already gorgeous?? Wardrobe was only property, the true star was urself. But, even with this limited thing this MV stood out so much! I didn't complain at all about this. Really! For me, my most favorite was JungKook's. Knitted torn red and black top. Just nice.
The Dance
GGGRREEEAATTT!!!!! Fierce! But funny at the same time, particularly when V slapped his fellow member's butt and made some shocked expression. They transformed from cute, funny, sexy and cool by this dance move. As expected from BTS, they r one of idol with intense choreography. Can't wait the dance practice ver. Release it soon please, BHE! ><
The Lyric
Wait, what? Lyric? Doesn't this about MV review? Yeah yeah. But it can't be helped since I watched this firstly with eng sub. This war of hormonetold story about how young man thinks about girls these day. Girls keep showing their body and their beauty, enough to turn teen boy frustated to the point they grow pimples. This song told u about how youngster feel when seeing all of that: happy, thankful and innocent. How could they ask the girl to phone them so that they could buy her food? Such kid. Personally, I think that the lyric has much deeper meaning than admiring girl look. Although they sounded highly praising but dunno, I feel like they were actually scoffing girl's clothes these days. Well, the interpretation and the impression is different though, depends on person who read that. Since I'm quite conservative type, so that was how I interpreted it.

I got some error on my head, I just got an approval upon my uploaded case. So I could soon verified my student status, but to be able to do that I needed to finish 9 case reports (which are unfinished) before tomorrow. But I didn't get the feeling to finish it. Stay up?? Eeh.. I have to get up right after Shubuh since I will go to Yogya and attent my friend's wedding on Saturday. Well, whatever, just post this Today's MV first (blame my crazy mood)!!
Actually I wanted to write about VIXX newest MV soon after I watched it. But I chose Song Ji Eun's video first since I really loved the bright colorful concept. Actually I only watched one video of VIXX before, only Hyde -I liked it, so outstanding!!- I wanted to watch their Voodoo but couldn't manage to see it 'till the end (the mv was too erggggghhhh! Maybe I'll try it again later, someday). So personally I don't know about VIXX. I fallen to their Hyde, both the mv and the song, but not deep enough to have me know all the members. I only knew them who have distinct features compared to the other. Only N and Leo. I knew N since he had pretty different face and hey! He appeared on Hotel King, so how came I couldn't recognized him?? As for Leo, yeah his facial feature looked so firm that I think even if u weren't K-Popers u could always recognized fro the other.
To tell u the truth, I anticipated this MV since Kara's baby: Young Ji, starred there. If only she didn't become the cast of Roommate Season II, I wouldn't bother anything about him. She looked pretty average and I wasn't a big fans of Kara. Nope, I never interested about her until Roommate crew kept saying that she had really unique charm different with other girl idol (plus she was the new member of huge group such Kara). So I checked Roommate and immediately loved her for her carelessly act.

The mv was opened by some random robot mannequin lying scattered around, then one of the member (anybody know his name?? He was quite handsome!) appeared, watching a monitor showed what was like a progressing of some process. The next scene shocked me. The other member acted as half finished cyborg with only their upper body had a shape. Hm, things like this should be considered normal for VIXX video. But still, it was pretty creepy for me. Hm.

Here is the close up. When they zoomed in each member cyber face, I just loss my words. No matter how handsome a boy is, if only half part of the body exist, I would run away. Ha ha ha
Since this mv had (absurd) storyline, let me tell u my own interpretation of the story:
A strange genius looked like man (since I didn't knew his name, sorry, can we just call him 'A'? Ok, call!) was wandering around in some weird warehouse that stored some half finished cyborg (other members). At first, he looked like checked all the VIXX cyborg, but no. His attention was given to one other cyborg which resembled girl (no wonder, that cyborg was much more 'human' and less scary) who had full human look. We then brought back to the A past happy life, when he had pretty girlfriend (hm, seemed I knew where this story would go) who looked identical to that cyborg girl. Sadly that girlfriend had some deathly disease that lead her into very sick state and finally died (oh, no). A sank into sadness and suddenly opened his shirt (wait,,,what??). It turned out he had some strange, undefined process that allowed some machine to opened his body up (kinda like a surgery, he had abnormal machine organs inside his!! Was everyone naturally a cyborg in that story???) and took her heart (no kidding)! Back to the present, that girl cyborg opened her eyes and looked unfamiliar with her surrounding. But crap! Trouble came up and A needed to fix her right hand before planted some memory onto her. The memory was owned by his dead girlfriend. Transfer was success, the cyborg girl was no different with her girlfriend. After everything seemed to be alright, some black suited men appeared and made ruckus. They caught the cyborg girl and inserted a cable through her back neck. Easily that ahjusshi found out that the cyborg girl was ilegally made. A and his cyborg managed to escape. With teary eyes, they looked each other before they reached mutual agreement without words and headed to surgery table where A opened his own body. From my point, I thought that they did self distructing where the machine opened their body and formed them into a heart. That way they had been one. Finished.

Well, aside of VIXX cyborg appearance, I satisfied with the effect. How they smartly turned 's eyes became robotic white, how they managed to make Young Ji unfinished arm looked real and when they became a heart.

Simple yet sophisticated costume guys!!
The Costum
Simple and clean yet very suitable wardrobe! No weird accessories, only simple white and black shirt. Wait, one of the member did wear strange thing on top his head. Was it supposed to be like hat??? Overall I liked how they chose not to add some exaggerate wardrobe here. Simplicity is the best!!

Young Ji!!! She did good here, I actually prepared myself. Ready when she bursted into laugh and showed us her signature 'uvula laugh'. But hey, this story was sad story right, there wouldn't be any scene she laughed off. Even if there was, the producer staff wouldn't let her laugh as freely as she always did on Roommate. I hoped for nothing ^^

The Dance
Only a glimpse of dance showed here, but I could say that the moves were pretty cool and nice. When the member tangled each other at the opening it reminded me much to TVXQ' Catch Me dance.
